Our free online mental health resources consist of several specially designed blog posts, leading you through either a 10-day mental health course or a 10-week mental wellbeing course.

The courses have been developed by a qualified counsellor and mindfulness instructor, and a cognitive analytic therapist/senior NHS psychiatric nurse specialising in anxiety, stress and depression. Each one includes videos to guide you on your wellbeing journey.

Our more intensive course covers a whole 10 weeks of tried and tested mental health techniques specially designed for those suffering from stress, anxiety and depression.

The course provides tip sheets, advice, personal stories, audios, videos, meditations and worksheets to really make a difference to your mental health.
